  • Another great Russian writer is Tolstoy. His famous works “War and Peace”, “Anna Karenina” are known all over the world. We strongly recommend you to read one if this works and devote your coursework to it. There is even a film in English about the story of Anna Karenina. If you find it difficult to read, you can watch this film.
  • Your coursework can be devoted to one more Russian writer – Dostoyevsky. He is a real philosopher of Russian literature and his works are rather hard to understand. Nevertheless, they are worth studying. For your coursework you can choose: Crime and Punishment, Idiot, the Possessed, the Brothers Karamazov.
